Four Vales Bar
The Four Vales bar is the centre of activity in the hotel; the walls are covered with a remarkable collection of photographs and memorabilia of the hotel, some dating back to Victorian times. An extensive bar food menu is served daily in the bar from 12.30pm until 9pm, and at night time the bar caters to both locals and guests alike, with music at weekends and traditional Irish sessions during the summer months. The Redmond restaurant, winner of an AA Rosette award every year from 1995 to present day, along with numerous other awards, combines the best of contemporary dishes with traditional Irish.
