“We felt we were at home”

“From the moment we stepped inside the Woodenbridge Hotel & Lodge, we felt we were at home. The front desk gave us a very warm welcome. The room was bright and airy, had a fantastic view, and a comfortable bed.”

Tripadvisor review, April 2019

“A real Irish welcome”

“The staff are all very helpful, friendly, a real Irish welcome. The hotel is away out on its own, completely surrounded by trees, with a stunning view down the river valley.”

Are we allowed favourites? Well, let’s just say these are the best rooms in the hotel with balconies.

Avoca rooms

These large, spacious rooms are located throughout the hotel. Some rooms overlook the scenic Vale of Avoca and golf course.  Some rooms can offer an extra bed or cot.

Available as single, double, or twin bed.

Carriage House rooms

These recently renovated rooms are some of the original rooms of the hotel dating back to 1608, some have views  and others don’t.

Includes our new Carriage House Accessible Room

Available as single, double, or twin bed.

Snug rooms

These are original hotel rooms, some dating back to 1608!

While these rooms have been recently renovated and are extremely snug, some are located above the bar and can be noisy at night. The ideal option if you’ll be in the bar for last orders (and would prefer to spend the extra pennies in the bar too!)

Available as single or double bed.
