Your Experience
Each session lasts 50 minutes, giving you ample time to move between the sauna and ice baths at your own pace. To ensure every guest enjoys a clean and comfortable environment, a short interval is scheduled between sessions for preparation.

Stay hydrated throughout your visit.
Food, alcohol, and glassware are not permitted within the wellness area.
Suitable footwear must be worn outside the sauna and ice bath areas.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
Please follow all staff instructions.
Use the facilities responsibly and only within your personal limits.
If you feel unwell or have concerns regarding heat or cold therapy, please refrain from using the facilities.
